3.4 Thurs

Well my days on were changed to Mon-Fri Instead Of Mon-Wed and Fri-Sat. We got 17in of snow so this felt “amazing”.

Cable Pushdowns       40-160x10 w/ #20 Jumps        180x8(suppose to be 10)
