                225 Did first set no wraps but wrist hurt so second set went strapped in

Speed Bench(regular/comp grip)                                    200x5x5                               
                First 4 sets felt fast last set was hard tho
Paused Wide Grip Bench (2-3" wider grip)                    175x3x(6-8)
                This was an interesting movement had never done before
DB Incline Bench or Dips                                               4 x 12x50lb
Chest-Supported Row                                                   4 x 12x35lb
