                                            Hard Felt A Good Drive On Each Rep Though…Every weight after 185 felt extremely heavy like 90% range, I think this is either do to the shoveling or having the chiro today compaired to Wed….5RM PR

                        Had one horride set can be seen in video, my back slipped, weight moved slow, wrist wrap popped, everything went wrong, I finished set but horrid

                         Feels really good, tho I do loose grove every once in a while

                        Felt Easy, Pecs getting stronger
