High Hang Snatch Shrug with bar..15 to 20

WOD.
Week 1 of 4_During this phase make it challenging, but keep good form thru all.

Clean and Jerk
  Work To Heavy Single Clean; 5x2+1 @ 80% of single

Clean Pull
   3x3

Back Squat
   3x5
